Packing
A: 220kg B: 210kg
Storage
For optimal longevity, store this product in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated indoor environment, ensuring a storage period of up to one year.
Construction Conditions
1. Base surface requirements: Ensure the concrete base surface is meticulously cleaned, repaired to a flawless flatness, and polished to the requisite roughness. Confirm the concrete curing process is complete, with a strength rating of C25 or higher and moisture content below 8%. Promptly proceed with further processes post preparation to maintain integrity.
2. Environmental temperature and humidity requirements: The construction environment must be maintained at temperatures between 5~35 ºC, with the base surface temperature being at least 5 ºC above the air dew point. Optimal humidity levels should be within 30% to 80% to guarantee quality application.
3. Ventilation conditions: Consistent ventilation is crucial during the application process, though construction should be paused in the event of strong winds.
Operation Methods and Requirements
Thoroughly mix component B of the coating prior to use to ensure uniform consistency and optimal application performance.
A: B=1:1 (volume ratio)
Professional construction teams are required to employ specialized spraying equipment for application, ensuring the material temperature is maintained between 50~80 ºC for ideal results.
Generally, you can proceed with the subsequent process 12 hours post-application. If the interval between processes exceeds 24 hours, it's critical to apply an interface agent prior to continued construction. In the instance of adverse weather conditions, such as rain post-application, an interface agent must be applied before resuming to the next process to ensure seamless integration.
Typically, the paint film should undergo a curing period of no less than 7 days post-application to achieve its full performance potential, ensuring a resilient and durable finish.
Suggested Use Quantity
1.2kg/mm/m2,
To achieve the waterproof national standard thickness of 1.5mm, use 1.8kg per square meter.
For anti-corrosion national standard thickness of 2.0mm, apply 2.4kg per square meter.
