Packing
A: 220kg B: 210kg
Storage
Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated indoor warehouse. Optimal storage prolongs product efficacy for up to one year.
Construction Conditions
1. Base surface requirements: Ensure the concrete base surface is meticulously cleaned, repaired, and polished to the desired roughness. The concrete must be fully cured with strength reaching C25 or higher, and moisture content must not exceed 8%. Proceed with the subsequent process without delay after surface preparation.
2. Environmental temperature and humidity requirements: The construction environment temperature must range between 5~35 ºC, with the base surface temperature exceeding the air dew point by at least 5 ºC; Maintain humidity between 30% and 80%.
3. Ventilation conditions: Ensure adequate ventilation during construction while avoiding operations during strong winds.
Operation Methods and Requirements
Prior to use, thoroughly mix Component B to ensure uniformity.
A: B=1:1 (volume ratio)
Utilize professional spraying equipment and expert teams for application, maintaining material temperature between 50~80 ºC during spraying.
Typically, subsequent processes can commence 12 hours post-application. If the interval exceeds 24 hours, apply an interface agent layer before proceeding. In cases of adverse weather such as rain post-coating, ensure an interface agent layer is applied before continuing with subsequent processes.
For optimal results, allow the paint film to cure for a minimum of 7 days after application, guaranteeing maximal performance of the paint film.
Suggested Use QTY
1.2kg/mm/m2,
Achieve reliable waterproofing with our national standard thickness of 1.5mm, requiring just 1.8kg per square meter for optimal coverage.
For robust anti-corrosion protection, our products meet the national standard thickness of 2.0mm, with a usage rate of 2.4kg per square meter.
