Packing
Component A: 220 kg Component B: 210 kg
Storage
Ensure this product is stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated indoor facility. Maintain a storage period of up to one year to preserve its efficacy and performance.
Construction Conditions
1. Base Surface Requirements: The concrete base must be thoroughly cleaned, leveled, and polished to achieve the desired roughness. Ensure the concrete has completed curing, attaining a strength of C25 or above, with moisture content kept below 8%. Post-preparation, swiftly proceed to the subsequent process to maintain optimal conditions.
2. Environmental Temperature and Humidity Requirements: The construction environment temperature should be maintained between 5~35 ºC, while the base surface temperature should exceed the air dew point by a minimum of 5 ºC. Maintain humidity within 30% to 80% for optimal application.
3. Ventilation Conditions: Sufficient ventilation is essential during construction, though avoid operations during strong wind conditions to ensure optimal application results.
Operation Methods and Requirements
Prior to application, ensure component B is thoroughly mixed to achieve uniformity.
Mix components in a precise A: B=1:1 volume ratio.
Deployment of professional spraying equipment by skilled construction teams is essential. During application, regulate material temperature between 50~80 ºC for optimal results.
Generally, the next procedural step can be executed 12 hours post-application. Should the application interval exceed 24 hours, apply an interface agent to prepare the surface. Encountering adverse weather, such as rain post-application, necessitates an additional layer of interface agent before the next process. This ensures proper adhesion and performance.
Post-application, a curing period of at least 7 days is recommended to achieve optimal film performance. This curing time ensures the coating reaches its full potential in durability and adhesion.
Recommended Quantity for Usage
1.2kg/mm/m2,
For achieving superior waterproofing as per national standards, a coating thickness of 1.5mm is required, with a usage rate of 1.8kg per square meter.
To meet anti-corrosion national standards, a thickness of 2.0mm is essential, requiring 2.4kg per square meter.
