Packing
A: 220kg B: 210kg
Storage
Store this product in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated indoor environment, ensuring a one-year shelf life.
Construction Conditions
1. Base surface requirements: Prepare the concrete base by cleaning, repairing flat, and achieving a specified roughness. The curing must be complete with strength at C25 or higher, moisture content under 8%. Proceed to the next step swiftly after preparing the base.
2. Environmental temperature and humidity requirements: The construction environment should maintain a temperature of 5~35 ºC, with the base surface no less than 5 ºC warmer than the dew point. Humidity should be within 30% to 80%.
3. Ventilation conditions: Ensure proper ventilation during application, but avoid construction in high winds.
Operation Methods and Requirements
Thoroughly mix component B before use to ensure uniformity.
A: B=1:1 (volume ratio)
Utilize professional spraying equipment with a trained construction team, maintaining the material temperature between 50~80 ºC during application.
Typically, after 12 hours of application, the next process can proceed. Should the interval extend beyond 24 hours, apply an interface agent before moving forward. In case of unfavorable weather, such as rain post-application, an interface agent is mandatory before resuming the subsequent processes.
Under optimal conditions, allow the paint film to cure for 7 days post-application to achieve the ultimate performance of the coating.
Suggested Usage Quantity
1.2 kg/mm/m - Achieve precision in your projects with this optimal usage amount.2,
Waterproof National Standard: A thickness of 1.5mm requires a single square usage of 1.8 kg for ultimate protection.
Anti-Corrosion National Standard: To ensure robust corrosion resistance, a thickness of 2.0mm requires a usage of 2.4 kg.
