Packing
A: 220kg B: 210kg
Storage
This product requires storage in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated indoor facility, with a guaranteed shelf life of one year.
Construction Conditions
1. Base surface requirements: The concrete base surface must be meticulously cleaned, repaired to a smooth finish, and polished to ensure optimal roughness. The concrete curing process should be complete, achieving a strength level of C25 or higher, and moisture content must remain below 8%. Once the base surface is processed, continue with subsequent steps without delay.
2. Environmental temperature and humidity requirements: The construction environment should maintain a temperature range between 5~35 ºC, with the base surface temperature at least 5 ºC higher than the air's dew point. Humidity should be controlled between 30% and 80% to ensure optimal application.
3. Ventilation conditions: Ensure adequate ventilation throughout construction, while avoiding operations during high winds for safety and quality assurance.
Operation Methods and Requirements
Before application, mix component B of the coating thoroughly to achieve uniform consistency.
A: B=1:1 (volume ratio)
Professional construction teams must employ cutting-edge spraying equipment for construction activities, with the material temperature meticulously controlled between 50~80 ºC for optimal results.
In general, the subsequent process can be initiated after 12 hours post-application. If a construction break exceeds 24 hours, a preliminary layer of interface agent should be applied to resume construction seamlessly. In the case of adverse weather conditions, such as rain post-coating, reapplication of an interface agent is necessary before progressing with the next phase.
Typically, the paint film requires a curing period of at least 7 days post-application to reach its peak performance, ensuring longevity and durability in its protective function.
Recommended Usage Quantity
1.2kg/mm/m2,
For optimal waterproofing, adhere to the national standard thickness of 1.5mm, with a recommended single square usage of 1.8kg.
To achieve superior anti-corrosion protection, follow the national standard thickness of 2.0mm, with a recommended usage of 2.4kg.
