A: 220kg B: 210kg
Storage
Ensure proper storage of this product in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated indoor environment. The product has a storage life of one year, maintaining its integrity over this period.
Construction Conditions
1. Base surface requirements: Make certain the concrete base surface is thoroughly cleaned, repaired to a smooth finish, and polished to a necessary roughness. It's imperative that concrete curing is finalized, achieving a strength of C25 or higher, with moisture content below 8%. Swift continuation to the next process is advised post base surface preparation.
2. Environmental temperature and humidity requirements: The construction environment temperature range is essential to be between 5~35 ºC, and the base surface temperature should remain at least 5 ºC above the air dew point; Ideal humidity should be maintained within a 30% to 80% range.
3. Ventilation conditions: Adequate ventilation must be ensured during the entire construction process, but refrain from proceeding if strong winds prevail.
Operation Methods and Requirements
Diligent mixing of component B is crucial prior to application, ensuring homogeneity.
A: B=1:1 (volume ratio)
Utilization of specialized construction teams with professional spraying equipment is mandatory for the application process. Maintain material temperatures between 50~80 ºC for optimal results during spraying.
Typically, subsequent processes can commence 12 hours post application. However, if there is a construction interval exceeding 24 hours, it is essential to apply an interface agent layer to proceed with construction. In events of adverse weather post-coating, such as rain, ensure an interface agent is applied before moving on to subsequent processes.
Under standard conditions, it's recommended to allow the paint film to cure for a minimum of 7 days post application to attain optimal performance and enduring quality.
Suggested Use Quantity
For optimal performance, apply 1.2kg per mm thickness per square meter.2,
To achieve superior waterproofing, adhere to the national standard thickness of 1.5mm, utilizing 1.8kg per square meter.
For robust anti-corrosion protection, follow the national standard thickness of 2.0mm, requiring a usage of 2.4kg per square meter.
