Construction Conditions
1. Base surface requirements: Ensure the concrete base is spotless, leveled, and polished to specified roughness. Complete the concrete curing with a strength of C25 or higher, and moisture content below 8%. Following base surface preparation, proceed swiftly to the next phase.
2. Environmental temperature and humidity requirements: The construction environment must maintain a temperature between 5~35 ºC, with the base surface retaining at least a 5 ºC advantage over the air dew point; humidity should range from 30% to 80% for optimal conditions.
3. Ventilation conditions: Proper ventilation is crucial during construction; however, avoid proceeding in conditions of strong wind to maintain quality.
