Engineered with precision, Component A boasts a semi-prepolymer formed by the union of isocyanate and oligomer Diol or ternary alcohol. Meanwhile, Component B is a rich blend of amino-terminated resin, hydroxyl-terminated resin, amine chain extenders, and an array of pigments and additives. This elastic polyurea transforms into a resilient shield through on-site spraying with specialized equipment. Noteworthy for its superior mechanical attributes, resistance to various media, outdoor aging endurance, and unparalleled adhesion.

Construction Conditions
1. Base surface requirements:
Ensure the concrete base is spotless, leveled, and polished to specified roughness. Complete the concrete curing with a strength of C25 or higher, and moisture content below 8%. Following base surface preparation, proceed swiftly to the next phase.
2. Environmental temperature and humidity requirements: The construction environment must maintain a temperature between 5~35 ºC, with the base surface retaining at least a 5 ºC advantage over the air dew point; humidity should range from 30% to 80% for optimal conditions.
3. Ventilation conditions: Proper ventilation is crucial during construction; however, avoid proceeding in conditions of strong wind to maintain quality.


Operation Methods and Requirements
Ensure thorough mixing of component B before use, to guarantee a uniform composition.

Utilize professional construction teams equipped with advanced spraying technology for the task, maintaining material temperature within a 50~80 ºC range for ideal application.
Typically, subsequent processes can commence 12 hours post-painting. Should the construction interval exceed 24 hours, a layer of interface agent is required before resuming. In case of adverse weather like rain, apply an interface agent layer before continuing to subsequent stages.
