Construction Conditions
1. Base surface requirements: Ensure the concrete base is meticulously cleaned, evenly repaired, and polished to the required roughness. Completion of concrete curing is essential, with strength reaching at least C25 and moisture content under 8%. Promptly proceed to the next step following base preparation.
2. Environmental temperature and humidity requirements: The construction environment should maintain a temperature between 5~35 ºC, with the base surface temperature at least 5 ºC above the air's dew point. Humidity should be controlled between 30% and 80% for optimal results.
3. Ventilation conditions: Ensure adequate ventilation during construction. Avoid operations during strong winds to maintain product integrity.
