1. Base surface requirements:
Ensure the concrete base is meticulously cleaned, evenly repaired, and polished to the required roughness. Completion of concrete curing is essential, with strength reaching at least C25 and moisture content under 8%. Promptly proceed to the next step following base preparation.
2. Environmental temperature and humidity requirements: The construction environment should maintain a temperature between 5~35 ºC, with the base surface temperature at least 5 ºC above the air's dew point. Humidity should be controlled between 30% and 80% for optimal results.
3. Ventilation conditions: Ensure adequate ventilation during construction. Avoid operations during strong winds to maintain product integrity.


Operation Methods and Requirements
Prior to application, thoroughly mix component B of the coating.

Utilize professional construction teams equipped with specialized spraying equipment for application, ensuring that the material temperature during spraying is maintained between 50~80 ºC for optimal performance.
Typically, the subsequent process can commence 12 hours after painting. However, if the construction interval extends beyond 24 hours, apply an interface agent layer before resuming construction. In cases of adverse weather, such as rain following coating, a layer of interface agent is essential before advancing to the next stage.
