Two Components Polyaspartic Polyurea
Polyaspartic Polyurea is a solvent-free, two-component, aliphatic polyurea coating material. It is formed by on-site reaction and curing of polyaspartic esters and aliphatic isocyanates. This product features excellent hardness, abrasion resistance, weather
resistance, and UV stability. It forms a seamless, dense, and highly durable coating layer, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications in various environments.
Product Characteristics
Fast curing at room temperature; surface dry in 2 hours, fully cured in 24 hours.
Excellent mechanical properties: high hardness, strong adhesion, wear and scratch resistance.
Outstanding aging resistance, anti-yellowing, long-term color retention.
Good chemical resistance: resists oils, acids, alkalis, and common solvents.
Smooth leveling, seamless film formation, excellent decorative and protective performance.
High solids content, free of VOCs, environmentally friendly.
Can be used as a topcoat or finishing layer for both indoor and outdoor systems.
Can be applied by trowel or roller, with flexible thickness from hundreds of microns to several millimeters.
Available in glossy, matte, transparent, or colored finishes.

Applications
1. Industrial floors: factories, warehouses, logistics centers.
2. Sports venues, exhibition halls, and parking decks.
3. Outdoor decorative flooring and UV-exposed structures.
4. Machinery rooms, clean rooms, dust-free workshops.
5. Protective topcoat for polyurea, epoxy, or concrete substrates.
Packing
Store in sealed containers in a dry, cool, and ventilated area. Avoid sunlight, rain, and heat sources. Recommended storage temperature is 5-30 ºC. Shelf life is 12 months.
1. Substrate requirements: Clean, dry, flat concrete or previous coating; moisture <6%.
2. Environmental conditions: Temperature >5 ºC; relative humidity <85%.
3. Ventilation: Ensure adequate air circulation during application and curing.
Operation Methods and Requirements
1. Base treatment: Clean and level the base surface, then apply an epoxy primer. After curing, sand and clean to enhance adhesion.
2. Mixing: Mix A and B components in a 1:1 weight ratio. Stir thoroughly for 2-3 minutes using an electric mixer.
3. Application: Apply the mixture by roller or trowel according to design thickness.
4. Recoating interval: If recoating exceeds 24 hours, sanding and interface treatment are required.
5. Curing: For optimal performance, allow at least 7 days of curing before putting into heavy use.
Suggested Use QTY
Decorative coating: 0.5mm thickness, 0.6-0.7 kg/m²
Heavy-duty protection: 1.0mm thickness, 1.2-1.4 kg/m²
