Product Description
Two Components Brushable Cold Polyurea
YP683/YP685 is a solvent-free, two-components, brushable polyurea elastic material. The material is formed by on-site curing of semi prepolymers, amino terminated polyethers, delayed diamine chain extenders, and other raw materials. In an environment of -5 ºC, hand-brush polyurea can still quickly cure, and the coating is dense and non foaming. This product has excellent mechanical properties, medium resistance, outdoor aging resistance, and excellent adhesion.
Product Characteristics
1. Can cure at room temperature, surface dry within 12 hours, and dry within 24 hours.
2. Excellent physical and chemical properties, with good adhesion to various substrates.
3. Convenient construction, extremely high efficiency, can achieve the design thickness requirements (hundreds of micrometers to several centimeters) in one construction.
4. Good leveling performance, overall film formation, dense and seamless coating.
5. Using manual scraping or roller coating construction, professional, convenient, and controllable.
6. Free from solvents, heavy metals, and environmentally friendly.
7. 100% solid, free of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), environmentally friendly.
8. The coating is continuous, dense, seamless, aesthetically pleasing and practical.
9. Has excellent anti-corrosion performance, effectively protecting the substrate from corrosion.

Construction Conditions
1. Base surface requirements: The concrete base surface should be cleaned, repaired flat, and polished to a certain roughness. Ensure that the concrete curing is completed, the strength reaches C25 or above, and the moisture content is less than 8%. After processing the base surface, the next process should be carried out as soon as possible.
2. Environmental temperature and humidity requirements: The environmental temperature at the construction site should be above 5 ºC, and construction can only be carried out when the relative humidity is less than 85%.
3. Ventilation conditions: Ventilation should be maintained during construction.
Operation Methods and Requirements
1.1 A: B=1:1 (mass ratio), solvent is not allowed to be added. Before use, pour component B into a mixing bucket and add the same mass of component A by electronic weighing in proportion. Stir thoroughly for 2-3 minutes to prevent damage Uneven mixing at the bottom of the bucket resulted in local non solidification of the floor. Ready to use and prepare, the prepared polyurea coating should be used up within 15 minutes.
1.2 During construction, first layer apply solvent-free epoxy anti-corrosion sealing primer. After the primer is completely cured, polish the area to ensure inter-layer adhesion.
Reason (note: polishing floating dust must be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner). After cleaning and polishing the floating dust, use solvent-free polyurea intermediate coating combination material to mix evenly in proportion.
1.3 Afterwards, pour this combination material onto the floor and scrape it evenly with a trowel (3mm or 5mm trowel can be selected according to thickness requirements).
After 24 hours of curing, the next process can proceed. If the construction interval exceeds 48 hours, a layer of interface agent needs to be applied before construction can proceed.
1.4 After curing, if encountering adverse weather such as rain, a layer of interface agent must be applied before proceeding to the next process.
1.5 Under normal circumstances, the coating film should be cured for at least 7 days after completion of painting to ensure optimal performance of the paint film.
Suggested Use QTY
