SRT-A/B Self-Leveling Cold Polyurea Floor Material

 
SRT-A/B is a solvent-free, two-components, manually scraped polyurea self-leveling material that is cured on site. At normal temperature, the self-leveling material can quickly cure and the coating is dense and non foaming. This product has excellent mechanical properties, medium resistance, outdoor aging resistance, and excellent inter-layer adhesion.

Storage
1. The materials should be stored in a dry, cool, and well ventilated environment, avoiding direct sunlight and rain, and kept away from sources of fire.
2. Under the original packaging condition and specified storage conditions, the shelf life of the product is 12 months from the production date.  After opening, please use it as soon as possible. If not in use, it must be resealed and stored.
3. This product does not contain organic solvents and can be transported as a non hazardous material. During transportation, rain and sunlight should be strictly prohibited to avoid severe collisions with materials.
4. It should be neatly and steadily stacked, and comply with relevant regulations of the transportation department.


Construction Conditions
1. Base surface requirements: The concrete base surface should be cleaned, repaired flat, and polished to a certain roughness. Ensure that the concrete curing is completed and the strength reaches to C25 or above, with a moisture content below 8%. After processing the base surface, the next process should be carried out as soon as possible.
2. Environmental temperature and humidity requirements: The environmental temperature at the construction site should be above 5 ºC, and construction can only be carried out when the relative humidity is less than 85%
3. Ventilation conditions: Ventilation should be maintained during construction. 


Operation Methods and Requirements
1. Material Preparation
    Pour Component B into a mixing bucket and add Component A by weight in proportion. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes to avoid      uneven mixing or incomplete solidification. Use the prepared polyurea self-leveling material within 15 minutes, pouring it                  directly  onto the foundation to prevent rapid solidification in the bucket.
2. Primer and Self-Leveling Application
    Polish the surface for interlayer adhesion and clean dust with a vacuum cleaner. Apply solvent-free epoxy primer evenly with a         roller. After curing, mix the polyurea material in proportion, pour it onto the floor, and spread evenly with a trowel (choose 3mm       or 5mm based on thickness needs).

3. Topcoat Application
    After 12 hours of surface drying, mix Topcoat A and B thoroughly for 2-3 minutes. Use a non-shedding roller to apply evenly            (approx. 0.2 kg/m²). Follow "dedicated personnel for preparation" and use the material within 30 minutes.
4. Construction Tools
    Dust-free grinder, vacuum cleaner, trowel, mixer, roller, and protective tape.
5. Precautions
    Apply protective tape for clean edges and keep tools clean. Avoid construction at summer nights to prevent insects from                  affecting the finish. Do not pour leftover material into the sewer. No smoking at the site. Allow at least 7 days for the paint film to      fully cure for optimal performance.
