Spray polyurea waterproof coating is a spray type two components elastic coating composed of components A and B. Component A is a semi prepolymer prepared by the reaction of isocyanate with oligomer Diol or ternary alcohol, and component B is composed of amino terminated resin, hydroxyl terminated resin, amine chain extender, pigment and additives. Elastic polyurea material formed through on-site spraying with professional equipment. This product has excellent mechanical properties, medium resistance, outdoor aging resistance, and excellent adhesion.

Storage

Sealed and stored in dry, cool, and well ventilated conditions, avoid exposure to sunlight and rain, and keep away from ignition sources. Under the original packaging state and specified storage conditions, the product has a shelf life of 6 months from the production date. If the storage period exceeds, inspection can be carried out according to the items specified in this product standard. If it meets the technical requirements, it can still be used. Please use it as soon as possible after opening, and it must be resealed and stored when not in use. This product does not contain organic solvents and can be transported as a non hazardous material. During transportation, rain and sunlight should be strictly prohibited to avoid severe collisions. Materials should be neatly and stably stacked, and should comply with relevant regulations of the transportation department.

Construction Conditions

Base surface requirements: The concrete base surface should be cleaned, repaired flat, and polished to a certain roughness. Ensure that the concrete curing is completed, the strength reaches C25 or above, and the moisture content is less than 8%. After processing the base surface, the next process should be carried out as soon as possible.
Environmental temperature and humidity requirements: The construction environment temperature should be between 5~35 ºC, and the base surface temperature should be at least 5 ºC higher than the air dew point temperature; The humidity range should be between 30% and 80%. Ventilation conditions: Ventilation should be maintained during construction, but construction should not be carried out when there is strong wind.

In general, the next process can be carried out after 12 hours of painting. If the construction interval exceeds 24 hours, a layer of interface agent needs to be applied before construction can proceed. If encountering adverse weather such as rain after coating, a layer of interface agent must be applied before proceeding to the next process.
Under normal circumstances, the paint film should be cured for at least 7 days after completion of painting to ensure the best performance of the paint film.
