SRT-A/B is a solvent-free, two-components, manually scraped polyurea self-leveling material that is cured on site. At normal temperature, the self-leveling material can quickly cure and the coating is dense and non foaming. This product has excellent mechanical properties, medium resistance, outdoor aging resistance, and excellent interlayer adhesion

Storage

(1) The materials should be stored in a dry, cool, and well ventilated environment, avoiding direct sunlight and rain, and kept away from sources of fire.
(2) Under the original packaging condition and specified storage conditions, the shelf life of the product is 12 months from the production date.  After opening, please use it as soon as possible. If not in use, it must be resealed and stored.
(3) This product does not contain organic solvents and can be transported as a non hazardous material. During transportation, rain and sunlight should be strictly prohibited to avoid severe collisions with materials
(4) It should be neatly and steadily stacked, and comply with relevant regulations of the transportation department

Construction Conditions
  1. Base surface requirements: The concrete base surface should be cleaned, repaired flat, and polished to a certain roughness. Ensure that the concrete curing is completed and the strength reaches to C25 or above, with a moisture content below 8%. After processing the base surface, the next process should be carried out as soon as possible.
  2.  Environmental temperature and humidity requirements: The environmental temperature at the construction site should be above 5 ºC, and construction can only be carried out when the relative humidity is less than 85%
  3. Ventilation conditions: Ventilation should be maintained during construction.
 
Operation Methods Requirements
(1)Before use, pour component B into a mixing bucket and add the corresponding mass of component A by electronic weighing in proportion. Stir thoroughly for 2-3 minutes to prevent uneven mixing at the bottom of the bucket and local non solidification of the floor. Ready to use and prepare, the prepared polyurea self leveling should be used up within 15 minutes.( Attention: The mixed material should not be placed in the bucket. It should be poured onto the foundation of the construction to avoid rapid solidification of the material)
(2)During construction, in order to ensure interlayer adhesion, polishing treatment should be carried out (note: polishing floating dust must be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner). Then, a solvent-free epoxy sealing primer should be applied by rolling. After the primer is completely cured, the polyurea self leveling composite material should be mixed evenly in proportion. Then, pour this composite material onto the floor and scrape it evenly with a trowel (3mm or 5mm trowel can be selected according to thickness requirements).
(3)After the surface dry absolutely, normally about 12 hours, then please add the colored PU topcoat.
Mix the two components of topcoat A and B thoroughly for 2-3 minutes, and then apply them evenly on the floor using a high-quality, non depilatory short hair roller (suggestion: 1. Use tape to remove impurities; 2. Cover the roller with stockings is also ok). Suggested coating area: approximately 0.2kgs/square meters. Attention: During construction, it is necessary to adhere to the principle of "dedicated personnel for ingredient preparation.", "multiple shortages and continuous supply"; the paint should be used up within 30 minutes.
Using tools:
Dust free grinding machine, industrial vacuum cleaner, angle grinder, airless spraying machine (optional), steamed bun knife, roller barrel, defoaming drum, brush, measuring instrument, electric mixer, textured paper, etc.
(4) In order to prevent contamination of the construction edge and maintain a completely straight line (or boundary with the unpainted part) at the processing area, protective tape should be applied, and the ingredients should be kept clean to avoid impurities. Construction equipment and tools should be kept clean.
(5) Try not to arrange construction on summer nights to avoid mosquitoes falling and affecting the surface aesthetics of the coating;
(6) Do not pour self leveling materials into the sewer;
(7) Smoking is strictly prohibited at the construction site.
(8)  Under normal circumstances, the paint film should be cured for at least 7 days after completion of painting to ensure optimal performance of the paint film.
